I have a pain near my anus! it is like a sharp shooting pain near my anus when i walk! what is it?

Pain in the butt!: Anal pain does not have too many reasons. Some of them are hemorrhoids, anal fissures or abscess. If you see any bleeding in your stool, you should see a general surgeon for proper evaluation.
