A member asked:

Is difficulty getting erection a symptom of testicular cancer?

No: You're in your thirties. If you're not getting your usual erections even with your favorite partner(s), pictures, movies and/or ideas, you need a workup. Two causes of erectile dysfunction in a young guy that are often missed are prolactinoma and hemochromatosis.

Erection trouble: No. Not in any way. And at 37 you are past the age of risk for testicular cancer. You can let this worry go forever.
