Can a std or hiv infection cause your period to be late im 5 days late now im just kind of afraid its not me pregnant but i have a std please help?

If you are 5 days: Late for your period then go ahead and take a home pregnancy test now. Additionally, if you have engaged in behaviors that put you at risk for a std- by all means get checked.

Check for pregnancy: In late menstruation in sexually active female check for pregnancy especially if you are not using any form of protection.Std andhiv are possible but usually would not delay your menstruation.Those 2 are still around when no protection is used and multiple partners involved, so please do protect yourself.
