Mucopurulent: cervicitis is often associated with chlamydia or gonorrhea. I don't know if there are non- STD causes. Sorry, that I could not provide you with a definitive answer. Hopefully one of the Infectious Disease Doctors will also see this question and provide enlightenment. Take care.
