No: The wound is done healing at this point, and i wouldn't expect there to be a lot of inflammation present several years out from surgery. It may loosen up and drop with time. Chronic testis pain from hernia repair is a known phenomenon, but an MRI is unlikely to be helpful. I would consult with a local urologist who has expertise in scrotal content pain disorders.
