Loss of periods: Do home pregnancy test to be sure you are not pregnant. Loss of periods may signal early menopause called premenopause. See your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

?pregnant?: Tubals fail, usually in the first two years. Run a pregnancy test. If it is positive assume you have a tubal pregnancy until proven otherwise. If the pregnancy test is positive i would strongly consider going to an er. If it's negative you haven't ovulated, often due to stress or weight gain. Thyroid problems also make you skip. Find out if you are pregnant.

Ammenorhea: You can certainly check a pregnancy test first and foremost, but it is extremely rare to be pregnant after a tubal ligation. There are many other causes of missing you period as well, including but not limited to things like weight changes, thyroid disorders, stress, medications, etc. So best for you to see a gyn dr. For eval of secondary ammenorhea. Best wishes.
