If the pregnancy test is positive i would strongly consider going to an er. If it's negative you haven't ovulated, often due to stress or weight gain. Thyroid problems also make you skip. Find out if you are pregnant.

Ammenorhea: You can certainly check a pregnancy test first and foremost, but it is extremely rare to be pregnant after a tubal ligation. There are many other causes of missing you period as well, including but not limited to things like weight changes, thyroid disorders, stress, medications, etc. So best for you to see a gyn dr.
