Are vaginal (outside lips like edge of leg crease & pubic area) & rectal (around outside of rectum) skin tags normal? no hist of hpv, hetero, married.

They are believed to be the result of skin rubbing against skin which is why they are generally found in skin creases and folds (neck, armpit, groin). More common if overweight, diabetic, or have other family members with them (genetic). No treatment needed unless cosmetically bothersome or causing irritation.
