My husband has been smoking for 15 years. whats the chance of him being "infertile"? if he stops will his sperm "regrow" per say?

Sperm generally: "regrow" within 75-90 days; if he stops smoking, he should see results in that time. Smoking does not make men infertile (it's not a form of contraception, ) many smokers are fathers, after all. Estimates are it reduces per-cycle conception by about 15%.
