?Why Pus: Pus would indicate an infection of some sort, so you need to get that treated or you can infect you wife through sexual contact. May not necessarily affect the semen or getting your wife pregnant, but as stated, may cause an infection, putting any pregnancy at possible risk and/or simply causing an infection in your wife too. Best wishes.

See a doctor now.: If you have pus in your semen, that's not normal and you may have an infection that you're transmitting to your partner. Not only that if you're transmitting an infection, you may be affecting her chances of getting pregnant, so until you get it checked...No...It is not safe and you really should be evaluated. Please do not plan pregnancy until resolved. If may also be affecting your fertility.
