How potent is pre ejaculate? if i have sex and use the pull out method and pull out way before i ejaculate what are the chances of pregnancy?

Possible: The pull out method is not an effective form of contraception. As sperm do get out before ejaculation.

Variable: Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile (however, don't know how promptly samples were examined).
