White vag Discharge: White milky gel at the time of sex is a mixture of your vaginal secretions and semen from your male partner. Whether this comes out of the vagina or not there will be some sperm that attempt to swim into the uterus to cause pregnancy. If fourteen days have passed since your sexual encounter and you have a delayed period then it is time for a pregnancy test.
