Possibly: Last day of period isn't a 'safe' day for sex. Still possible to get pregnant on that day, just in case you were wondering.... It wouldn't be normal to have bleeding during days 21-24, if those are in fact the days of your cycle you're currently on. Ovulation typically occurs days 9-14. Hope that helps.
