Having pain in lower abdomen with sex and sometimes pain radiates to rectal area. no pain in the actual vaginal area. what could be causing this?

Pelvic girdle joints: Twenties female with abdominal and rectal regions pains during sex likely has pain generated ; referred from sacroiliac ; symphysis pubis joints of pelvic girdle; as her femurs are abducted, externally rotated, and bear weight of partner. This dynamic is more prominent in females with inherited condition called joint hypermobility syndrome. One solution is sexual encounters in spooning position.
