HSV1 & thrush cure: Herpes stomatitis (HSV1). There no cure for HSV infection and often stress is an aggravating factor. Cold sores generally clear up without treatment within 10-14 days. Oral thrush is an infection in the mouth caused by a yeast germ and can usually be treated with antifungal medicines. See a dentist or PCP for evaluation and treatment.
