Not 100%: Condoms greatly decrease -- but do not completely eliminate -- chances of transmitting std's. http://tinyurl.com/kfhccrt used correctly, they are about 78% effective in preventing pregnancy. Adding spermicidal foam increases effectiveness greatly. "natural" or lambskin condoms may not protect against std's, including hiv. http://tinyurl.com/86pez7a.
