Vasectomy: Vasectomy is usually done under local anesthesia in the urology office. Most insurance carriers will not cover for general anesthesia.

Absolutely can not get ureteral stent removal or vasectomy without general anesthesia. It's psychological and absolute. How can I get insurance to consider it medically necessary so they will cover general anesthesia? Do have vericolcele. Advice?
