Time to see Doctor: I do not know what else we can offer here other than to say a physician needs to see you and examine you to determine what is wrong and how to fix it.

No: It is not unhealthy. It can heighten the sexual experience. But certain stds can be passed on from vaginal fluid so be sure your partner doesn't have an std.

I : I think what you are describing are the skene's glands ducts or the bartholin's glands ducts. The skene's glands are closer to the urethra (pee hole). The bartholin's glands are lower (closer to the base of the vagina. There are perfectly normal. Occasionally the ducts can get clogged and cause painful swelling that may get infection also. As long as non of these are happening, there is nothing to worry about. Thumbs up to you:).

What can cause vaginal area area such as below vagina opening to tear a little. Me and my partner are virgian and never done anything with anyone.

Inflammation: Any skin can become inflamed and develop small tears.
Since you are not sexually active, i would ask if you masterbate or if you partner touches you. Stimulation using hands or instruments can cause small tears as well.
If this continues you may need to be examined. Tell your doctor if you have never had a pelvic exam so they can talk and walk you through the exam to relieve some nervousness.
