Sex: This does not sound like a normal question a patient would ask a physician. But here are my thoughts. Of course you can have a normal sex life. You are responsible for your own sexuality and sexual pleasure. You are only 22. You have a full life ahead of you. If you choose to partner with a person older than you then you will share the responsibility for sexual pleasure. Ask for your needs.
