Molluscum contagious: This viral illness can be gotten by handling objects such as a towel in a gym. The virus can spread from one part of the body to another or to other people. Molluscum contagiosum is contagious until the bumps are gone, and it can be sexually transmitted but not necessarily. Treatment is problematic and would consult with a dermatologist. Good luck.

Easily done: Molluscum is not an STD though it can be transmitted by touch. It self-cures, you can try dry ice, or your physician can handle it.

Not likely: Although you might get molluscum this way it is very unlikely. Molluscum at your age will appear as several or numerous little pimply things on the pubic skin, sexually transmitted. A single spot on a finger is probably never molluscum. Why do you think it is? If it bothers you, see a dermatologist.
