Not uncommon: Some breast tenderness with menses is not uncommon in many people. However breast discharge with menses is much less common. It could be a sign of fibrocystic breast change but it could reflect something more significant like abnormal prolactin hormone or a ductal papilloma. Probably should get that checked out.
