Herpes infection: If you have open herpes lesions and your partner touches you and also his/her own genitalia, then yes it's possible for herpes to spread to your partner. The lesions are teeming with viral particles. It may not even be necessary to see sores, as you can be infectious before the sores break out. This goes for oral sex also, as hsv2 can spread to the mouth when exposed.
