"Blue balls": This is a well recognized problem amongst men who get sexually excited but don't/can't finish. The cause of the pain may be due to several things including pressure in the testicle and/or prostate, and tension in the pelvic floor . Usually relieved by ejaculation but may require a warm bath to relax and Ibuprofen like meds.
