No symptom y y yes: Yes, Herpes infection mostly asymptomatic and if clinically manifested with signs and symptoms wiil usually present with skin rash with ulcers, pain and discomfort with recurrances then pts will come to visit doctors.

Herpes: Herpes can cause sensitive skin as it reactivates. But this usually turns into a small cluster of very painful blisters. 90% of those infected with genital herpes have no physical symptoms. Rash is not usually a part of a herpes outbreak without blistering sores.
