Yes: Any cream makes the penetration easier, keep in mind the pain is more caused by streching the anal muscles especialy if the organ is very thick, so the cream is not helpful. The other draw back is that the cream will cause numbness to the penis to, so it loses the sensation and the pleasure of sex.
