Could doxycycline be used while on birth control pill or injection?

Injections yes: If you are on injections for birth control, there is no reason why you can not take doxycycline. But if you are taking birth control pills it is recommended by some to use a back up method of contraception while taking doxy and 7 days after you stop the doxycycline. But discuss this with your prescribing doctors.
