Have him checked: If he really developed breast (areola), he deserves a thorough evaluation. An extra fat deposition in chest in obese boy can be misconstrued as breast development.

I recently started giving my 2 month old baby boy formula milk, and I noticed that his urine smells strong. Should I be worried? The reason I started feeding him formula is because I dont have enough breast milk therefore I top up with formula.
