First clean and dry.: You should start by keeping the area clean and dry, using drying powders (talc) if necessary. Wear loose, clean underwear of hypoallergenic fiber. If the condition persists or becomes inflamed, get further evaluation by your primary care physician. A fungal infection such as tinea cruris (tinea cruris) may call for topical antifungals, or contact dermatitis may require Hydrocortisone cream.
