Masturbation: When you masturbate you cause increase flow of blood into your penis which is carried by the pudendal arteries in the pelvis which are branches of the internal ileac arteries. You might be diverting blood supply from your buttocks causing arterial claudication. This is very similar to what happens when you have blocked arteries in your legs, causes pain when you walk and stops at rest. Im guessing.
