Semen analysis: Ask your doctor to order a semen analysis. The specimen may need to be submitted at the lab, but some labs will allow you to bring in a specimen from home within an hour of ejaculation. If the test shows abnormalities, it will need to be repeated, and if abnormal results are confirmed, you should be referred to a urologist for further evaluation. Good luck!
