Usually 2 weeks: Gentle and progressive application of pressure to the buttock region is typically instituted about 2 weeks after surgery. However, direct and prolonged pressure to injected areas should be minimized for 6 weeks. Surgeons will differ in their recommendations.

Depends: This really depends on your surgery and your surgeon. Everyone has a different protocol they want their patients to follow. Some may not want you to put any pressure on it for weeks, others may be ok with it if you are using a donut or a pillow to support the thighs and offload the buttock. Check with your surgeon
