No it doesn't: Unless blood was associated or due to infection in prostate or seminal vesicles. Such an infection would be extremely rare and associated with urinary tract symtoms such as pain or burning with urinaton or severe pelvic pain. Blood in semen is usually benign, not associated with malignancy ; usually settles down on it's own..
