Sounds like...: If it feels like its superficial - it may just be a little skin infection, or clogged sweat gland or sebaceous cyst (all of these are benign) - and you could try applying warm compresses to them several times a day and see if it drains or goes away with that. If it goes away then nothing to worry about. If it persists or seems deeper, like part of the breast tissue - then need to see a doctor
