Relax: Responding too quickly sexually often results from anxiety. Try things like beginning with gentle touching and focusing less on the sex act itself. Ask your partner if there are other ways to give her pleasure than intercourse. Many men find that they can have a second orgasm, less quickly and so satisfy their partner better.

Roller Coaster: A technique used in sex therapy is to imagine your arousal on a scale of 1-10. 7-10 is when you're about to ejaculate. When you feel yourself get to 7, stop stimulation and let your erection go down about 30%, then begin stimulation again. Repeat this a few times until you allow yourself to ejaculate. It's sort of like riding a roller coaster. Eventually you'll develop better control.
