Mucus: Clear fluid usually is mucus and if you have it all the time it needs to be investigated by your doctor as it may be infectious colitis or inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis or crohns disease.You need evaluation and may be colonoscopy by a gasteroenterologist.
