My poop is coming out like urine what's up?

Diarrhea: It sounds like you are describing diarrhea -- completely liquid stool. The bowels are not forming solid stool for one reason or another and this of course is not normal. There can be many causes and more details/symptoms/etc would be needed as well as physical exam, labs and so on. Dehydration is a risk -- take fluids in by mouth if possible.
