Swollen penis tip: Your child has balanitis which is swelling of the head of the penis usually seen in uncircumcised boys due to poor hygiene.apply antibiotic ointment several times a day. If no improvement see your doctor

Infection: It may be an infection or inflammation. How old, is he? Is he circumcised? Does it hurt? Is there redness and any discharge from the tip? Please make an appointment to see his pediatrician and give him all that information.
