Probably yes: The original FDA approved penile injection was "Caverject." " I am not sure if this is still available domestically, but it consisted of one prostaglandin shown to facilitate erections. Today, compounding pharmacies across the U.S.. which are FDA regulated and approved, are marketing compounded preparations of prostaglandins containing not one but two or three components. Hence..better results.
