Fractures are bone: Injury and there are many degrees of injury from simple hairline cracks to complete disruption and destruction of an area , swelling is often related to the severity of injury, and the general health of the patient and how the fracture is treated in then jury period. Still one can have an injury that is severe and swollen without a fracture and yes there can be a fracture that shows no selling.
