Pregnant?: Even though the bleeding 2 weeks ago looked like a period, it could have been bleeding due to implantation of a pregnancy or bleeding during early pregnancy. If a pregnancy test is neg, there could be other causes for hormone surges, like ovarian cysts. It is best to see your doctor.
