A member asked:

If anemia is treated, would the greys on schlera go away?

Not related: Grayish color patterns on the sclera (white of the eye) are generally due to thinner spots where color from the underlying layer (the dark uvea) is more exposed. Do treat any anemia of the blood, but that will generally not have effect on the sclera.
