Menses: The normal menstrual cycle is anywhere from 21 to 32 days. The cycle counts from the first day of bleeding to the next first day of bleeding. Depending on what your starting point is the cycle you describe could be entirely normal. Keeping track with a menstrual calendar will help. As you get older you have more fluctuation in your cycles due to decreasing ovulation occurrences.
