Canker soar : Canker sores appear in the mouth area (tongue, gums, lip) and are small, shallow ulcers that make talking and eating uncomfortable they are gray in color and have a distinct edge. The sores will usually heal within 10 to 14 days, without treatment. It is impossible to diagnos without an examination. See a dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
