Can't be done: Let it heal naturally. Topical retinoic acid may help keep the number of blackheads at bay, though it's not entirely pleasant to use. Ask your personal physician about ways to remove blackheads -- there are instruments called "comedone extractors" that are a bit easier than fingers or paper clips.
