A member asked:

During exercise, what's the normal oximeter readings?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normal: Normally, there should be no change in pulse oximetry with exercise. If your pulse oximetry reading is in the high 90s or 100% at rest it should stay at that level. Dropping pulse oximetry with exercise occurs with some lung diseases and some cardiac conditions.
