No it is not normal: No dry cough is not associated with inflammatory breast cancer, unless there is metastasis in the lungs.If there is metastasis than it can cause dry cough.

Not really.: The only real bad virus that sticks to surfaces is hepatitis. Flu and ordinary viruses can spread thru the respiratory tract, but won't survive long on surfaces outside of moisture.
