A member asked:

Can pain in my groin area be from constipation?

Maybe: It could be, but if it doesn't go away with a bowel movement, you should get it checked. In addition, if you haven't had a bowel movement in more than a few days, you should also be seen by a doctor, especially if this is not normal for you.

Possibly: Constipation leads to straining and straining can cause an inguinal hernia which is one cause of groin pain, so i would recommend a check with your general practitioner.
