Yes: Yes this should be safe. You will have had enough time off the medicine and were not taking it long term. Always have food with a glass of alcohol and plenty of non alcoholic liquids. Keeping it to one glass will be appreciated by the wedding party. If much more, be sure you are sleeping over or have a sober ride.
