Unlikely: Leakage is common in the elderly. Highly unlikely to be family related.

Leakage on the : Lower left side and lower right side of the heart statement it's not correct. Are you talking about a valvular problem, a functional ventricular problem? But anyway, most of the heart diseases are not pass from father to son. One percent of babies have congenital heart disease that can be hereditary. Like autosomal dominant inheritance. A parent with the defect have 50% chance to pass the defect.
