JRA pain: Acute pain in jra can we treated with medications such as anti-inflammatories (naproxen or ibuprofen) and oral steroids. You would want to decide treatment in conjunction with your doctor. In addition, stretching, heat, a warm bath, and gentle exercise can be helpful.
