Moderate ones: The antihistamine might reduce or reverse the effects of the ssri and the anti-anxiety/panic/seizure drug can increase intensity and risk of the side effects of the other two drugs - dizziness, drowsiness, impaired thinking/judgement, etc. Talk with the doctor if these concern you. There may be alternatives. But, please do not stop any of them without consulting the doctor. Best!

Maybe : Because cypriheptadine has an opposite effect on serotonin from celexa, (citalopram) it could possibly interfere with its action. Cypriheptadine is sometimes used with ssris to treat sexual dysfunction (difficulty reaching orgasm), but that is on an as-needed, rather than every day, basis.
